You run a few products
Two apps and a shop, each with its own support address. Your team works one list, and every customer hears back from the brand they wrote to.
for people who run more than one brand
Maybe it's two shops and an app. Maybe it's a dozen clients. Each one has its own support address, and right now your team is juggling tabs. HDdesk brings all of that email into one place for your team, and every reply still goes out from the address your customer wrote to.

Click through the tabs. The examples use three made-up brands: Acme Store, Northwind and Brightside.
Every brand's email lands in one queue. Each ticket shows whose it is, which brand it's for and when it's due. And if Emma is already typing a reply, you'll see that before you start yours.

Hi, my order 1182 arrived today and the box was crushed. Two of the mugs are broken. Can I get a refund for those two?

Sorry about that, Jo. I've refunded the two mugs to your card. It should show within five days.

what Jo actually sees
Jo wrote to Acme Store, so Jo hears back from Acme Store: Acme's address, Acme's logo, Acme's sign-off. Northwind's customers get Northwind. HDdesk stays out of the picture.
sound familiar?
Two apps and a shop, each with its own support address. Your team works one list, and every customer hears back from the brand they wrote to.
Answer under each client's name, with their own templates, signatures, hours and SLA. You decide which teammates see which client.
White-label or regional brands each get their own sender, ticket prefix and templates, while one team works the queue.
not just email
Email comes first, but customers don't only write in. Every brand gets these too, on every plan, at no extra cost.
Add a widget to any page with one script tag, on your website or inside your app, and choose its colour, launcher and welcome message. Each chat becomes a ticket on the inbox it's tied to, with the same SLAs and rules. If the visitor leaves, the conversation carries on by email.
Articles in categories and folders, with search, drafts and version history. Pages are built for search engines, and readers can tell you whether an article helped.
Customers sign in with a code sent to their email, then see their tickets, reply and open new ones, all in the brand's colours.
Each brand's help site lives at yourbrand.hddesk.com, or on its own domain such as support.acme.com, with the certificate handled for you.
A helpdesk shouldn't cost more because you hired someone. So every plan has unlimited agents, and you pay by the number of inboxes you connect.
Customers should hear from the brand they wrote to, not from a support tool. So every reply goes out from that brand's own address, with its own name and signature.
And email deserves to be done properly, so that's where HDdesk starts. Live chat, a help center and a customer portal come built in for every brand, on every plan. They aren't add-ons, and everything they bring in becomes the same tickets your team already works.

The HDdesk team
the short version
getting set up
Give it a name, logo, colours, templates, ticket prefix, timezone, opening hours and an SLA.
Forward support@ to HDdesk, or connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP server. Each address you connect is one inbox on your plan.
Agents are unlimited, so invite everyone. Pick which brands each person can see.

the little things
go on, drag the sliders
Most helpdesks charge for every agent. HDdesk charges by the number of inboxes you connect, so adding a teammate costs nothing.
You'd keep about $2,280 a year, and your bill stays the same when the team grows.

An inbox is one email address, like support@acme.com. Agents, tickets, contacts and automations are unlimited on every plan.
Monthly prices shown. Pay yearly and get 2 months free. Need a few more inboxes? Add them to any plan for $3 a month each. A custom integration? Talk to us about Enterprise.
One email address your customers write to. support@acme.com, sales@acme.com and support@abc.com are three inboxes, so they fit the Small plan. Each inbox replies with the sender name, signature and templates of the business it belongs to. Chat widgets, help sites and custom domains don't count; they're free on every plan.
No. Connect Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com or any IMAP/SMTP server, or just forward your support address to HDdesk. Replies are sent through your own provider.
No. Once an inbox can send, replies go out from that address with its business's name, signature and templates. Until then, replies go from an HDdesk address with Reply-To set to yours.
Yes, on every plan. Each brand gets chat widgets for its website and app, a help center for articles, and a portal where customers see and reply to their tickets. Chats become tickets, just like emails. There's no phone, social channels or bots that answer for you.
Only to help your agents, and only on our own servers. A language model we run ourselves summarises each ticket and helps tidy, shorten or translate a reply before you send it. Your customers' messages aren't sent to an outside AI company or used to train models, and nothing goes to a customer until an agent sends it. You can turn it off for your whole account. More about local AI
Yes. Import your email history when you connect an address, import contacts from a CSV, and bring old tickets over through the API. You can switch one address at a time. How switching works
The account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. If you don't, we delete it and its data 60 days after the trial ends, and we email you twice before that happens.
no card, no sales call
14 days on the Large plan, with room for 30 inboxes. Sign in with an email code or Google and connect your first address.
